SINOPEC's Turkmenistan Branch Boasts $200M Oil Production Over Four Years
SINOPEC's branch in Turkmenistan has achieved significant oil production over the past four years. According to reports, the company produced over 1 million tons of oil valued at approximately $200 million during this period.
The project is being implemented under a contract with state-owned concern 'Turkmennebit' and involves a wide range of oilfield services. The use of modern technologies has led to an increase in daily oil production by more than 1,500 units.
SINOPEC's branch participated in operations at the Shatlyk, Dovletabad, Yashildepe, and Bagtyyarlyk fields, where projects involving drilling, well workovers, and gas and oil production enhancement were carried out. The company intends to continue introducing modern technologies in Turkmenistan, enhancing the efficiency of developing mature fields, and implementing new projects.
