SK Innovation E&S Bolsters Global LNG Market Presence

SK Innovation E&S is strengthening its position in the global liquefied natural gas (LNG) market by establishing an integrated LNG value chain with approximately 6 million tons of annual capacity.

The company's strategy covers the entire LNG chain, from exploration and production to transportation, terminal operations, and power generation. This integrated structure has supported a stable business performance, with annual average pretax profit exceeding 1 trillion won (approximately $739.2 million).

The Barossa gas project in Australia is a key component of SK Innovation E&S's LNG portfolio, providing the company with approximately 1.3 million tons of LNG annually, equivalent to around 3% of South Korea's annual LNG import volume.
