South Bow and Bridger Jointly Develop New Oil Pipeline from Wyoming to Cushing
A joint venture between Canada's South Bow and U.S.-based Bridger Pipeline aims to develop a new oil pipeline from Guernsey, Wyoming, to Cushing, Oklahoma.
The project will utilize a corridor acquired from another company, with the companies prioritizing engagement with landowners and communities along the proposed route.
This would be the third leg of a larger project to move oil from Alberta to the Cushing hub.
A J.P. Morgan research report last week stated that South Bow and Bridger acquired the right-of-way for the Liberty pipeline, which was originally intended to transport oil from the Rockies and North Dakota Bakken production areas to Cushing.
