Soybeans, Corn Prices Slide Ahead of US-China Trade Talks
Soybean prices drifted lower due to selling pressure from funds and technical traders ahead of Thursday's meeting between President Trump and President Xi, where a reduction or elimination of tariffs may be discussed.
The Buenos Aires Grain Exchange predicts Argentina's 2026/27 soybean crop will reach 53.6 million tons, up 3.5% on the year.
Corn prices also fell due to technical selling and fund pressure, as investors monitor harvest delays and yield results in the US.
