Star Gold Corp. Opens Nevada Project to Public Investors Amid Soaring Gold Prices
Star Gold Corp. (OTCQB: SRGZ) has launched a Regulation A public offering, allowing non-accredited investors to buy into its Longstreet Gold-Silver Project in Nevada.
The project is designed as a conventional open-pit, heap leach operation in the Walker Lane Belt of Nevada's mining region. The company plans to use proceeds from the offering to fund final permitting, resource expansion drilling, and advancement of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) required for production approval.
A December 2025 technical report identified about 213,000 gold-equivalent ounces on less than 2% of the land Star Gold controls. Metallurgical testing confirmed an 80% gold recovery rate within the first 20 days of leaching, and the project has a favourable 0.92:1 strip ratio.
Gold prices have climbed above $4,000 per ounce as investors seek safe havens amid geopolitical and economic uncertainty. Central bank buying and ETF inflows are at record levels.
