Syrian Gold Prices Surge Amid Global Market Trends

The Syrian market has seen a rise in gold prices over the weekend. According to the General Directorate for Precious Metals Management, the price of a gram of 21-karat gold increased by SYP 100 compared to Saturday.

A gram of 21-karat gold is now priced at SYP 16,500 for selling and SYP 16,200 for buying, which translates to approximately $120 and $118 respectively.

The price of a gram of 18-karat gold also rose, reaching SYP 14,150 for selling and SYP 13,850 for buying.
