Syrian Gold Prices Unchanged Over Weekend

Gold prices in Syria remained steady over the weekend, according to the General Authority for Precious Metals Management. On Sunday, the authority set the selling price of 21-karat gold at 16,800 Syrian pounds per gram and the buying price at 16,500 pounds. The international gold standard stood at $4,604 per ounce.

The prices for 18-karat gold were also unchanged, with a selling price of 14,400 Syrian pounds per gram and a buying price of 14,100 pounds. These figures are consistent with Saturday's levels.
