Tanker Struck by Projectiles in Strait of Hormuz: WTI Oil Prices Jump
A tanker reported being struck by three projectiles while transiting out of the Strait of Hormuz, according to the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO). The incident occurred 17 nautical miles east of Khasab in Oman. Fortunately, no casualties or environmental damage were reported.
