Taraku Mills Limited in Benue State has begun its first phase of test production, marking a major milestone in the revival of the industrial facility. The project is aimed at ensuring that Taraku Mills resumes full production and begins supplying locally produced vegetable oil directly to the people of Benue State.

The Group Managing Director (GMD) of the Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC), Dr. Raymond Asemakaha, expressed appreciation for the unwavering commitment of the Executive Governor of Benue State, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, to reviving moribund industries across the state.

Asemakaha stated that the ongoing test run is crucial in bringing Taraku Mills back to active life and ensuring that the factory resumes full production by the end of the year.
