TCS Acquires MHP, Government Plans to Sell Hindustan Copper Stake

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) shares are in focus as the company announced it will acquire a 100% stake in MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH (MHP), a subsidiary of Porsche AG, for an enterprise value of approximately ₹3,574 crore. The acquisition is part of a broader five-year strategic partnership valued at 1.25 billion euros between TCS and the German sports car maker.
Ceigall India has received Letters of Acceptance (LOA) from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for the construction of a key section of the Lada-Sarli section of NH913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh at a contract value of ₹704.70 crore, excluding GST.
The government is planning to sell up to a 6% stake in Hindustan Copper Ltd (HCL) through an offer for sale (OFS) at a floor price of ₹514 a share. The OFS will open with 10% reserved for retail investors and 25,000 shares set aside for eligible employees.
