Technip Energies Unveils Modular SnapLNG 1.5 Solution to Boost LNG Capacity
Technip Energies has unveiled SnapLNG™ 1.5, a modular and electrified liquefied natural gas (LNG) solution in collaboration with Honeywell Technologies and Siemens Energy.
The platform is designed around a 1.5 million-tonne-per-annum (MTPA) LNG train to help project developers bring new capacity online more quickly while improving cost predictability, execution reliability, and operational efficiency.
Global LNG demand is expected to increase significantly over the next decade, with over 200 MTPA of additional capacity required by 2035, creating opportunities for developers seeking technologies that can shorten project timelines and reduce construction complexity.
