TP ICAP Global Markets Americas LLC has been fined $165,000 for alleged rule violations on the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). The company failed to report block trades in several futures contracts within the required time frame between April 2022 and June 2025. This includes Henry Hub Natural Gas futures, RBOB Gasoline futures, NY Harbor ULSD futures, and Light Sweet Crude Oil futures.

The Panel of the NYMEX Business Conduct Committee found that TP ICAP Global Markets Americas LLC also failed to maintain complete written or electronic records of these transactions and did not diligently supervise the execution of block trades. The company was notified of potential block trade reporting violations by the Exchange but did not take sufficient corrective action.

The disciplinary action is effective from October 2, 2026. TP ICAP Global Markets Americas LLC neither admitted nor denied the factual allegations or rule violations upon which the penalty is based.
