Trio Petroleum Partners with Croverro Energy on Multilateral Heavy Oil Drilling Project

Trio Petroleum has entered into a farm-in and development agreement with Croverro Energy that covers up to 14 multilateral heavy oil drilling prospects in the Lloydminster area of Alberta and Saskatchewan, Canada.

The multi-year initiative comprises five possible wells in Alberta and nine in Saskatchewan, plus a separate well re-entry prospect at Rivercourse and the purchase of producing oil properties.

Croverro, a heavy oil operator headquartered in Calgary, will continue to serve as operator of the assets.
