The Trump administration has announced its biggest oil deal in world history, partnering with North American Blue Energy Partners to develop Venezuela's vast oil reserves.

The agreement will give the U.S. majority control over 65 billion barrels of proven oil reserves and is expected to lower gas prices, according to President Trump.

However, energy experts are skeptical about the company's ability to develop these fields, as they have no experience with Faja-type oil deposits.
