Trump Predicts Oil Prices Will Plummet After Conflict Ends

US President Donald Trump said that oil prices will decrease once the conflict with Iran concludes. Speaking before departing the White House, he stated that a record volume of oil was extracted overnight, surpassing pre-war production levels.

Trump emphasized that oil is currently less expensive than during his predecessor Joe Biden's administration and highlighted broader economic relief for consumers, citing falling grocery prices under his administration.

He also pointed to record US employment figures, the lowest poverty rate in American history, and peak per-capita income levels. Trump made these remarks prior to taking off for the Chicago area to attend the Presidents Cup.
