Trump Rejects Iran's 7-Day Plan to Reopen Vital Shipping Channel

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has proposed a plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, which is crucial for global oil supplies and central to the conflict between the US and Iran.

The proposal was coordinated with Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and includes conditions such as the release of frozen Iranian assets worth at least $12 billion, lifting sanctions on Iranian oil, and an end to the US naval blockade of Iran.

Pezeshkian stated that if the US agrees to the proposal, Iran will fulfill its obligations. However, President Donald Trump has rejected the plan, saying 'they're losing so badly' and implying that Iran is desperate for a deal.
