TSX Futures Plummet Amid Oil Price Drop and Interest Rate Fears

The TSX Composite Index gained 144.84 points on Monday to wrap up at 35,002.18.

However, June futures took a hit on Tuesday, plummeting 1.2% as oil prices dropped due to easing supply concerns.

Gold prices also fell, down $69.30 to $4,113.40 an ounce, amid expectations that the U.S. Federal Reserve could hike interest rates.

The Canadian dollar slipped 0.14 cents to 70.48 cents U.S.
