Turkish Spot Market Natural Gas Trade Volume Drops by 19.5%

The spot market for natural gas in Türkiye saw a decrease in trade volume on Monday, according to data from the Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST). The total trade volume dropped by 19.5% to around 3.3 million Turkish liras compared to Sunday's 4.1 million liras.

The price of 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas remained steady at 17,231 Turkish liras on Monday. Meanwhile, the cumulative natural gas trade volume for the day reached approximately 190,000 cubic meters.

Türkiye received about 103.07 million cubic meters of gas on Monday, indicating a stable supply level.
