Türkiye's Natural Gas Trade Volume Drops by 2.8% on Saturday

Türkiye's spot natural gas market saw a decrease in trade volume on Saturday. According to data from the Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST), the total trade amount fell by 2.8% to around 3.01 million liras compared to the previous day.

The price of 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas remained steady at 18,700 Turkish liras on Saturday's spot market. The cumulative natural gas trade volume for the day was approximately 161,000 cubic meters.

On a related note, the US dollar to Turkish lira exchange rate stood at 49.12 liras per dollar as of Sunday afternoon (2.10 p.m. local time).
