U.S. Corn Quality Wins Over South Korean Buyers

A recent visit from South Korean buyers to Nebraska farmer Matt Sullivan's farm has left them impressed with the quality of U.S. corn.

The team of 20 buyers, end-users, and business professionals were on Sullivan's property for a tour, and he took the opportunity to ask about their perceptions of American corn. According to him, they praised its high quality, saying it is 'top-notch.'

This positive assessment comes after efforts to reduce broken corn and foreign material (BCFM) in U.S. exports have been successful. Sullivan notes that this issue was a concern 5 to 10 years ago, but the industry has made significant strides in improving export quality.
