UBS Targets Silver Price at $80 by September 2027
UBS has revised its silver price forecast upward to $80 by September 2027, following a recent decline in prices. The bank's previous forecast pointed to a recovery after a setback, with targets of $70 in December 2026, $75 in March and June 2027.
The latest forecast extends the constructive path further out, with UBS now formally including $80 as the September 2027 destination. This represents a notable extension of the bank's earlier silver profile.
However, the journey to reach this target is unlikely to be smooth, as seen in recent market action. The price of silver fell around 3.98% on Friday, giving back part of an August rally that took the metal above $71.
