The Ukrainian government has extended payment terms for grain and oilseed exporters to 180 days, citing significant delivery time increases due to sea export problems.

The list of eligible goods includes main crops such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, corn, soybeans, rapeseed, and sunflower, as well as oil products like soybean, sunflower, and rapeseed oils, and agricultural by-products.

This decision aims to help exporters avoid financial sanctions caused by logistical issues related to the blockade of Black Sea ports. In August, Ukraine shipped only 33% of its required agricultural exports through these ports.
