Ukraine Extends Preferential Gas Prices for Population Until March 31

The Ukrainian government has extended preferential natural gas prices for the population and heat producers until March 31, effectively through the end of the heating season. This decision was made by Prime Minister Serhiy Koretskyi, who cited a moratorium on tariff increases imposed during martial law and the country's difficult socio-economic situation.

The government is working to improve its tariff policy in accordance with Ukraine's commitments to international partners. This includes introducing fair and transparent tariff formation, as well as targeted assistance for those citizens who need it most.
