Ukraine Wheat Prices Plunge Amid Ongoing Conflict

Wheat prices in Ukraine have plummeted this week due to ongoing attacks on Black Sea port infrastructure and the country's active harvest campaign. The decline has been significant, with prices for both food wheat and feed wheat dropping by UAH 1,000-2,100 per ton since the start of the week.

According to APK-Inform, as of July 24, prices were mostly quoted at UAH 8,000-9,500 per ton CPT for food wheat and UAH 6,500-9,000 per ton CPT for feed wheat. The decrease in prices and trading activity on the export market is expected to continue due to the ongoing conflict.
