Ukrainian Grain Markets Slump Amid Port Risks

The Ukrainian Universal Exchange has updated its market prices for grains and oilseeds from July 31 to August 6, 2026. Corn trading has slowed down due to shelling and risks in ports, with old crop stock almost depleted.

New crop corn is now the focus, with sales averaging 20-50 thousand tons per day. However, October deliveries at the border are closed due to a lack of wagons, shifting trading to December-February.

Processors are reducing prices despite sufficient raw materials, but heat and moisture deficits in some regions pose risks for the final harvest.
