US Natgas Prices Sink Amid Weaker Demand and Record Production
US natural gas prices have fallen to their lowest level in over three months, dipping below $2.70 per million British thermal units (MMBtu).
This decline is largely attributed to forecasts indicating milder weather conditions across the country, which will likely reduce demand for gas consumption.
The expectation of weaker demand and record production levels have also contributed to the decrease in prices.
According to analysts, natural gas inventories are expected to remain around 6.6% above normal as of July 31.
