US Stocks Tumble Amid Rising Oil Prices
Oil prices have rebounded to rise again, putting pressure on the US bond market and causing stocks to fall. The S&P 500 dropped by 0.5% on Monday, erasing some of its gains from last week that had brought it close to its all-time high.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted by 329 points, or 0.6%, as of 9:35 a.m. Eastern time. The Nasdaq composite also fell by 0.5% in the same period.
