US Suspends Air Strikes Against Iran as Oil Prices Plummet

The United States has suspended its two-week campaign of airstrikes against Iran after President Donald Trump's military advisors told him they were running out of targets.

Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Iraq reported drone attacks on Monday, with Saudi Arabia shooting down drones aimed at petroleum targets in the eastern province and Riyadh.

The US official said that military commanders had advised the president that the bombing had reached its limits, and the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff expressed concern over the depletion of air defense munitions.
