USDA Reports Mixed Price Moves for Feedstuffs
The USDA Agricultural Marketing Service released its weekly feedstuff market-data bundle for the week ending September 18, 2026. The report includes prices and basis changes for various feedstuffs, including ag energy, animal by-product, grain, and oilseed processors.
According to the report, ethanol prices in Iowa ranged from $2.03 to $2.05 per gallon, while Minnesota ethanol was quoted at $2.02 per gallon. Biodiesel B100 in the Iowa and Minnesota region was priced between $1.61 and $1.92 per gallon.
The report also lists prices for various feedstuffs, including yellow grease, choice white grease, ruminant blood meal, feathermeal, meat and bone meal, cottonseed meal, canola meal, corn distillers dried grain, and corn gluten feed pellets.
Cottonseed meal averaged $290.00 per ton in Arkansas, $300.00 per ton in California's San Joaquin Valley, and $320.00 per ton in Memphis, Tennessee. Canola meal at 36% averaged between $289.22 and $345.00 per ton.
