Council Bluffs is located within Iowa’s fourth congressional district, which has the most agricultural output and farmers in the state.
Vance highlighted the administration's push to prioritize domestic food production, reversing a Biden Administration policy of importing more food from outside the country.
He also touted the Trump Administration's support for E15, citing that 60% of Iowa’s total corn production goes toward ethanol manufacturing, and emphasized the need for Congress to pass a year-round bill allowing it.
