Vietnam Gold Prices Surge on September 23
Gold prices in Vietnam experienced a significant surge on September 23, 2026. According to the latest updates from various suppliers, gold prices increased across all surveyed brands, with Mi Hong experiencing the strongest increase of 700,000 VND/ounce.
The price adjustments were seen as a recovery trend after two consecutive sessions of downward pressure. The common selling price of gold bars rose to 145.5 million VND/ounce. SJC, PNJ, and BTMC all reported increased prices, with the strongest increase belonging to Mi Hong.
Notably, Mi Hong saw its buying and selling prices jump by 700,000 VND/ounce each, reaching 143.5 million VND/ounce for buying and 145.0 million VND/ounce for selling. Other brands such as SJC, PNJ, and BTMC also reported price increases ranging from 300,000 to 600,000 VND/ounce.
