Vietnam Gold Prices Tumble as Global Rates Recover
The price of SJC gold in Vietnam has decreased by 4.5 million VND per tael from July 1 to July 31, according to Laodong.vn.
The selling price of SJC gold bars decreased by about 3.1% over the month, while the buying price dropped by around 3.8%.
In contrast, world gold prices increased by approximately 1.1% in July, marking the first monthly rise after four consecutive months of decline.
The difference between domestic and international gold prices is significant, with SJC gold prices decreasing more sharply than their global counterparts.
