Vietnam Silver Prices See Fluctuations Amid Rising Global Demand
The price of silver has been experiencing fluctuations in Vietnam as of September 19. The Ancarat Gem Company listed the price of 2024 Ancarat 999 silver bars (1 tael) at 2.211-2.277 million VND, an increase of 4,000 VND/tael from the previous day's closing price.
The price of 2025 Ancarat 999 silver ingots at Ancarat Gem Company was listed at 58.230-60.220 million VND/kg, down 84,000 VND/kg on the buying side but up 106,000 VND/kg on the selling side compared to yesterday's morning prices.
The world market has seen an increase in silver prices, with a value of 66.08 USD/ounce as of September 19 (Vietnam time), up 0.21 USD/ounce from the previous day's closing price.
The rising demand for silver is partly due to US government bond yields showing signs of cooling down, which has had a positive impact on precious metals and their prices.
