Vietnamese Gold Price Recovers to 144 Million VND/Tael Amid Global Upsurge
The gold price in Vietnam has recovered to 144 million VND/tael as of August 9th, according to Phu Quy Jewelry Group. This represents an increase of 1.8 million VND/tael in both buying and selling directions compared to the previous day.
The buying-selling difference is now at 3 million VND/tael. DOJI listed SJC gold bar prices at a threshold of 141-144 million VND/tael, with a similar increase in both buying and selling directions.
Gold ring prices also saw an uptick, with Phu Quy Gold and Gems Group listing them at 141-144 million VND/tael. DOJI listed gold ring prices at 141.2-145.2 million VND/tael, an increase of 1.2 million VND/tael in both directions.
World gold prices have also surged, reaching around $4,341.3 per ounce as of August 9th. This represents a 5.2 USD/ounce increase from the previous day.
