The Teucrium Wheat Fund (WEAT) stock has climbed 1.9% to $26.355 in mid-day trading, driven by a rally in wheat futures.

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) forecasts the smallest U.S. domestic winter wheat crop since 1965 at 1.048 billion bushels, a 25% decline from last year's production.

Australia has also cut its 2026 harvest projections, while ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Black Sea region continue to affect export flow visibility from Russia and Ukraine, the world's two largest wheat exporters.
