Woodway Builds 22-Mile Pipeline for Hyperscale Data Center
A hyperscale data center development is set to receive a dedicated natural gas pipeline from Woodway Energy Infrastructure, which will provide behind-the-meter power generation. The 22-mile pipeline is being designed to accommodate the customer's requirements and potential future expansion, with commercial service targeted for the first half of 2028.
Woodway Energy Infrastructure has signed definitive agreements to develop, build, own, and operate the pipeline, which will support a behind-the-meter power generation project. The company will own and operate the pipeline, with system monitoring provided by a 24/7 control room.
This project demonstrates Woodway's ability to rapidly deliver large-scale, purpose-built natural gas infrastructure for customers with demanding safety, reliability, and capacity requirements, according to CEO Diaco Aviki.
