Woodway Energy Builds 22-Mile Natural Gas Pipeline for Hyperscale Data Center
Woodway Energy Infrastructure has partnered with an unnamed hyperscale data center developer to build a 22-mile natural gas pipeline in Texas. The project will supply fuel directly to a behind-the-meter power generation facility serving the data center.
The 30-inch dedicated pipeline is scheduled to enter commercial service in the first half of 2028, pending regulatory reviews and approvals. It's engineered to meet the client's specific capacity requirements while allowing room for future expansion.
Woodway Energy Infrastructure's CEO, Diaco Aviki, said the project demonstrates the company's ability to rapidly deliver large-scale infrastructure for customers with demanding safety, reliability, and capacity requirements.
