WTI Crude Oil Prices Show Signs of Recovery with Falling Trend Channel

The price of crude oil is showing signs of recovery, according to technical analysis. A falling trend channel in WTI spot crude oil indicates a potential larger recovery, as seen on TradingView. This channel has been forming over recent days, and its convergence with the 100-day moving average adds significance to this resistance zone.

A rally above both the downtrend line and the 100-day moving average would be a strong sign of strength, potentially leading to a recovery of the recent lower swing high at $94.34. This would confirm a strengthening trend in crude oil prices.

The 200-day moving average also provides support, as it has done during previous declines. A reclaim of this long-term trend indicator occurred during the last advance after the July low of $67.73, which supports a short-term bullish outlook and serves as a foundation for the current recovery.
