WTI Crude Slips Over 1%, Gold Ticks Higher
WTI crude oil prices fell by more than 1% on September 30, closing at $88.55 per barrel.
This price drop comes as spot gold also experienced a small gain of 0.32%, reaching $4,170 an ounce during trading at 11:55 p.m. ET.
New York gold futures followed suit, rising by the same percentage to move above $4,200 an ounce.
