$100M CleanCore AI Pivot Hinges on $92M Stock Offering Proceeds
CleanCore, a cleaning firm, has shifted its focus from cleaning products and Dogecoin treasury assets to Minnesota AI infrastructure, investing $100 million in the process.
The company's stock offering increased its common shares outstanding by 121.9%, from 226.3 million to 502.1 million, with proceeds tied to the AI pivot.
CleanCore sold substantially all of its 463 million DOGE on July 20 for about $33.4 million and used the proceeds for its AI infrastructure segment.
The company's March 31 balance sheet showed $4.1 million of cash and cash equivalents, but after the DOGE sale and offering, no disclosure provides a current cash balance.
