$10k XRP Theory Reborn as Liquidity Problem
Ripple enthusiast Winkle has revived the $10,000 XRP theory, arguing that it's not just a price prediction, but rather a liquidity problem.
The theory suggests that if institutional demand for XRP increases and most holders refuse to sell, institutions would be forced to bid higher for a limited pool of available tokens.
However, moving from this mechanism to a $10,000 per XRP price requires assumptions far more aggressive than simply having a fixed supply. The current circulating supply is approximately 63 billion XRP, but not all of it is immediately available for sale.
The $10,000 price would imply a conventional market capitalization of around $630 trillion, which is extraordinary by any comparison.
