$11 Million Traded on Outcome.xyz's HIP-4 Prediction Market in First Week

Outcome.xyz, a permissionless HIP-4 prediction market on Hyperliquid, has processed over $11 million in trading volume since its launch on August 29. This figure represents completed trading activity and includes multiple trades involving the same capital.

The main factors contributing to Outcome's early success include its first-mover status, access to Hyperliquid's existing trading infrastructure, and a reward program for traders and liquidity providers.

However, the question remains whether this activity will persist after the launch campaign ends. If traders continue returning without large rebates, it could indicate genuine product adoption.

The HIP-4 deployment on Outcome.xyz has also added another use case for HYPE, with market operators required to post a substantial HYPE bond. This requirement could increase HYPE commitment to ecosystem infrastructure and create additional economic activity for the network.
