$114 Trillion in Digital Tokens: DTCC's Blockchain Breakthrough

The Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has assets worth $114 trillion. On July 15th, DTCC demonstrated how these assets can be converted into digital tokens for trading.

This process, known as tokenization, involves converting traditional financial instruments into digital tokens that can be traded on blockchain platforms.

According to DTCC, this technology allows for the creation of tradable tokens without disrupting existing market infrastructure.
