More than $170 million in cryptocurrency has been moved from wallets associated with Bitget to an unknown address over the past hour, according to on-chain data analyzed by The Block.
The transfers include a range of assets such as ether (ETH), USDT, USDC, AVAX, and BNB, coming from both hot and cold wallets labeled as belonging to Bitget.
Users have reported issues with withdrawals, sparking speculation about a potential security breach. However, it remains unclear whether the transfers were initiated by Bitget or if the wallets were compromised.
