21shares Brings Regulated Zcash ETP to European Stock Exchanges

21shares has launched a regulated Zcash ETP on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris, giving European investors access to the privacy coin without holding it directly. The physically backed product holds ZEC, allowing investors to gain exposure without the need for a wallet.

The fund's launch follows Grayscale's introduction of a Zcash ETF in the US, which also comes with a 2.5% management fee. Both products offer a way for investors to access ZEC without directly holding it, but at a cost.

ZEC has experienced significant growth over the past year, surging more than 3,000% and ranking as the ninth-largest cryptocurrency by market cap.
