21Shares Brings Zcash and Ether.fi to European Exchanges
Switzerland-based investment firm 21Shares has launched two physically-backed exchange-traded products (ETPs) for Zcash and ether.fi, expanding access to these assets in Europe.
The new ETPs, trading under the tickers ZCASH and ETHFI, started trading on Euronext Amsterdam and Euronext Paris on September 22. They carry a 2.5% annual fee and hold their respective underlying tokens with third-party custodians.
Zcash (ZEC) is a privacy-focused cryptocurrency with a maximum supply of 21 million coins. The Zcash ETP provides exposure to this asset, while the ether.fi ETP tracks ETHFI, the protocol's native governance and utility token.
