$388 Million Bitget Hack Leaves Trail of Mystery

The Bitget exchange reported a $387.5 million hack in its latest security breach.

While the exchange claimed client balances were unaffected, some of the stolen assets passed through THORChain, which refused to block the attacker's addresses due to its decentralized architecture.

In contrast, NEAR Intents claimed to have blocked attempts to transfer about $50 million. However, a few days later, NEAR Intents itself halted operations after a $3.8 million hack.
