$4.3 Million in Cryptocurrency Outflows Reported by PeckShield
Blockchain security firm PeckShield has reported suspicious cryptocurrency outflows from Duelbits totaling $4.3 million on Ethereum and BNB Chain.
The outflows, which occurred on September 24, involved various assets including ETH, stablecoins, BNB, and Shiba Inu (SHIB), with the attacker converting the funds into approximately 1,587.87 ETH valued at around $4.2 million.
According to PeckShield's alert, the suspicious outflows included 836 ETH worth approximately $2.23 million, 1.146 million USDT, and 209 BNB valued at $160,680.
The attacker then moved the assets through cross-chain services using addresses associated with deBridge and Relay before converting them into ETH and DAI.
