$6.7 Million Lawsuit Targets Blockstream Services Canada Over Hosted Mining Debt

River Financial Inc., a cryptocurrency company, has taken legal action against Blockstream Services Canada over an alleged unpaid debt of $6.7 million.

The dispute centers around a termination agreement signed on December 13, 2024, between the two companies for hosted Bitcoin mining services.

River claims that Blockstream Services Canada owes approximately $3.5 million in refunds for prepaid hosting fees and a $3.1 million early termination fee, totaling $6.7 million.
