$7 Million Stolen in Hack of Top Crypto Casino Duelbits
Crypto casino Duelbits has taken its website offline after hackers stole approximately $7 million from its hot wallets across multiple blockchains. According to Scam Sniffer, a blockchain security firm, suspicious outflows were identified from Duelbits-linked wallets on Ethereum, BNB Chain, and TRON, as well as an additional loss from a Bitcoin hot wallet.
The stolen assets were converted into Ether and consolidated into a wallet holding about 2,234 ETH, worth roughly $6 million, according to on-chain data. The funds had not moved onward at the time of publication.
Duelbits co-founder Joe confirmed the attack, stating that user funds are safe but the company is still investigating how the breach occurred. The platform will remain offline while the investigation is completed and its hot wallets are replenished.
